Indonesian Character Building Strategy: Planning the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in Kurikulum Merdeka

The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, or P5, is a cross-discipline project based on problems in the education sector. Since 2021/2022 academic year, there have been 4 themes for early childhood (Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini PAUD), and 7 elementary schools (Sekolah Dasar SD), middle Menengah Pertama SMP), high Atas SMA). P5 makes up around 20-30% of total credits year. However, teachers tend to work individually instead collaborating with others. Therefore, this paper aims provide guidelines arranging so that P5’s full potential can be realized. A systematic review was carried out relevant databases from perspective Kurikulum Merdeka. There substantial evidence suggest forming small group coordinator facilitator important. They will responsible planning, implementing, evaluating P5. This has become an important reference build Pancasila’s character.
